Kwality Animals Feeds Pvt Ltd., was established in 1983 and began its operations in 1985 with an objective of providing quality feed for poultry with a nutritionally balanced diet and an assured performance. Kwality house is into the business of animal Feed, live chicken and processed chicken and is presently, a well-known and well-accepted brand. ‘Hygiene’ is an added advantage of Kwality House for all its verticals. Todays, the company is one of the leading companies in North Karnataka.
The Company started Contract Farming in the year 2000 where Chick is grown to chicken under one roof with strict quality control through dedicated veterinarians, technical and non-technical staff. Today, the Company has more than 800+ poultry farms and all the locations are under supervision of well experienced technical veterinarians and skilled supervisors, staff and worker.

Sanjeev Shamrao Deshpande
Completed his education from Walchand college of Engineering Sangli and obtained Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Worked as trainee Engineer in Kirloskar Brother Ltd. Kirloskarwadi. Worked with Ghatge Patil Industries, Kolhapur as Production Engineer in the machine shop.
Worked as production and maintenance in charge with Godrej Soaps limited in the Animal Feed Processing plant. With vast experience in the field of engineering, maintenance, managerial and processing.
Entered in to business with the colleagues and a new company was formed namely Kwality Animals Feeds Pvt.Ltd. and subsequently its sister concern Kwality Breeding Farms.
Pvt.Ltd Presently working in the capacity of Director of both the companies and in charge of Purchase, Total breeding Farm activities Feed Production HR and general management go both the companies. Has vast experience of more than 30 years in poultry Business.
Ajit Vasant Lokur
Completed his education from Walchand college of Engineering sangli and obtained Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Worked as technical Assistant Trainee with Larsen Toubro Ltd. Powai Mumbai in the Department of imports and Exports and Duty drawback section.
Worked Trainee Engineer and then as Assistant Engineer in kirloskar Brothers Ltd. Kirloskarwadi. Worked in the Machine Tools Division. During the tenure successfully developed Verticle Surface Grinder which was then import substitute machine. Worked as Production and Maintenance in charge with godrej soaps Limited in the Animal feed processing plant.
With vast experience in the field of engineering, maintenance, managerial, and processing Entered in to business with the colleagues and a new company was formed namely Kwality Animal feeds Pvt.Ltd. and subsequently its sister concern Kwality breeding farms. Pvt.Ltd. Presently working in the capacity of managing Director of both the companies and in charge of Feed processing, nutrition, quality control, contract farming division.
Also incharge for new Expansion Projects of the company form concept, design to implementation.Recipient of Udyog Ratan award from the Institute of Economic Studies New Delhi n the year 1994. Has vast experience of more than 30 years in poultry Business.

He has been a part of the poultry industry for more than 9 years, with a prior position as Business Head at Godrej Tyson Foods.
